We’re a fast-growing startup in the cloud computing space. We believe that while cloud platforms are functionally great and quite powerful, they are built on legacy software and are irritably inefficient (and expensive!). What you’ll do and why it’s career-defining
You will be the first GTM hire and work closely with the CEO and CoS. You will define how we find, win, and keep customers. From designing outbound campaigns to building scalable top-of-funnel workflows. You will apply AI tools directly to GTM efforts, like lead scoring, pipeline automation, and content generation:
What You’ll Own
Full-Funnel Experimentation: Launch fast, measurable experiments across the entire funnel. Discovery, Prospecting, Outreach..
Foundational GTM Systems: Build and own the scrappy-but-scalable systems that power early customer acquisition. Think CRM workflows, outbound sequences, and landing page experiments.
Founder-Led Sales Enablement: Partner closely with the founders and Chief of Staff to build sales tools, craft outreach collateral, and accelerate the sales cycle with automation and insight.
Tooling & Integrations: Connect the dots across our product, marketing, and sales stack.
What We’re Looking For
Sales Expertise: You know how the best startups in the world do prospecting, qualification, outreach, salesops, content creation, and funnel optimization.
Tooling Expertise: Proficiency in marketing, sales, and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Amplemarkets, Lemlist, Koala, HotJar, Clay, etc.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data to inform decisions and optimize growth strategies.
Startup Enthusiast: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment. Learning as you go is a key factor in succeeding in this role
[BONUS] Technical Proficiency: Did you build an n8n setup or a Clay table you think is cool? Did you find a nifty trick to identify high-intent leads in a previous role? Let us know about that! This is not the primary focus of the role, but it will be very useful for scaling.
